Explanation:

A cold war is a kind of a war that is fought on political grounds between countries and  they show their aggression by posing threats and raising propaganda against one another.

A cold war also leads chaos much like the traditional war where we can see chaos in terms of the destruction, but in cold war this can  be seen in terms of trade of a country coming down, its political instability, foreign sanctions, an isolated relationship with the world

The Cold War was a diplomatic battle of chess between the United States, the Soviet Union and the allies of both sides, where major players tried to organize their agendas throughout the world in the wake of the fall of colonialism following the Second World War. The time took place between 1947, Truman's year, and the collapse of the Soviet Union, in 1991.

EXPLANATION:

  • The US and the Soviet Union fought together against the Axis forces during World War II as allies. The relations between the two nations, however, were tense. Whilst the Cold War did not involve any fights on either side, the US society and government still had one of the greatest fears. The Cold War has been a long period of political and military conflict between the US and the Western Bloc partners, and between the former 'Soviet Union and its Warsaw Pact allies'.
  • Americans have been concerned about Soviet Communism for many years and about the tyrannical rule of Russian leader Joseph Stalin in the US. The Soviets, for their part, have been hesitant to reject the American people to treat the Soviet Union as a legitimate part of the international community and to their delayed entrance into World War II. After the end of the war, these criticisms were increasingly distrustful and aggressive.
  • Since economic reforms began in the 1990s, the Russian nation experienced a financial crisis and recession that was worse than that faced by the US and Germany during the Great Depression. In the post-Cold War years, Russia's economy has declined generally, while economic growth has improved from 1995. Only in 2005 had the post-communist average country come back to 1989 per capita GDP rates, although some are still very behind.  While the loss of lives among Soviet soldiers is difficult to estimate, the financial cost for the Soviet Union was significantly higher than for the US because of its gross national product.
