Answer: Red

Explanation: Longer the wavelength less is the scattering. We see that traffic signal is made red in colour and not blue as red light can travel longer distances without being scattered. If scattering takes place we would not see that light from a certain distance as we all know that we see only those lights that reaches our eyes in a straight path.
