and a+b = 49

when joshi is of jonny's age, present age of joshi is twice that of then jonny's age i.e.

2 * { b - ( a- b) } = a

4b = 3a

and a+b = 49

then a=28 and b=21

Then the age of joshi is 28 and Johnny is 21.
