The common name of this compund is Sec-Propyl chloride

but the definition of sec group states that second last Carbon atom in the chain should be branched to one —CH3 group

In the structure the second last Carbon is branched to Cl
So how can we use sec in name?​

But it would be better to use the name isopropyl chloride in this case since it gives more clarity
