From the given data we have,

A survey should be conducted involving 100 people.

According to Anil's data,

Number of people who have only milk = 50

Number of people who have only tea = 70

Number of people who have both milk and tea = 25

Therefore, Anil took a survey involving 50 + 70 + 25 = 145 people

According to Babu's data,

Number of people who have only milk = 40

Number of people who have only tea = 50

Number of people who have both milk and tea = 20

Therefore, Anil took a survey involving 40 + 50 + 20 = 110 people

Therefore, both have collected data from several people more than mentioned by the company.

Therefore, Both Anil and Babu will be terminated.
