The aim of Treaty of Vienna 1815, was to undo most of the changes brought by Napoleon till 1815.
Empires conquered by French were taken back and a series of states were located on the edges of France to prevent future French expansion.
Netherlands was set up in North of France.
Russia was given part of Saxony.
Prussia was given part of Poland.
Genoa was added to Piedmont.
The 39 German state confederation was left untouched.
The conservatives took control on what was said in newspaper and books.
They imposed censorship on all media.
