The complainant has a right to get a free copy of FIR from the police

Answer:No. You have no right to get a copy FIR immediately after it is filed. It is the right of the complainant to get such copy free of charge. The accused will get copies of FIR and all other documents the Police/prosecution is going to rely upon during the trial.
