Complementary angles :  

Two angles, the sum of whose measure is 90° are called Complementary angles.

Acute angle :  

An Angle whose measure is less than 90° is called an acute angle.  

For example :  

The complement of an angle of measure 30°  is (90° - 30°) = 60°

The complement of an angle of measure 80°  is (90° - 80°) = 10°
