the complmentary angel of an angel is 3/8 times of its complmentary angle. what is the measure of that original angle? ​

Let the angle be x

It's supplementary angle=180–x

It's complementary angle=90-x

ATA

(180-x) /(90- x) =8/3

3(180-x=8(90- x)

540–3x=720–8x

8x-3x=720–540

5x=180

X=180/5=36°

It's supplementary=180–36=144

Angle :supplementary angle=36:144=1:4
