I think that the answer shoulb be b NH4Cl . Ionic as NH4+ AND CL- AND COVALENT AS N SINGLE BOND H

NH4Cl exists as ionic compound as they split up into NH4+and Cl- ions and it is covalent as N is bonded singly ( single bonded) to H
