the simple interest on the same sum if the rate of
interest is 8% per annum and the sum is invested for
two years. Find this sum if the interest is compounded
annually.​

P(r / 100)^2 = 160

P(8/loo)^2 = 160

P = ( 160xloox loo)/8x8=25ooo
