bcoz of d 10 electronic configuration in
zncl2 molecule it has maximum covalent character

and thus subsequently it has minimum ionic character also.... among all of these given compounds

The compound showing minimum ionic character is ZnCl2. It can be explained by Fajan's rule.

                According to Fajan's rule,the cations having completely filled d subshell or pseudo inert gas shell configuration have very high polarising power.Greater the polarising power,higher the covalent character of its compound. In the above compounds,only zinc has filled 10 d electrons and hence  ZnCl2 has minimum ionic character.
