The concentration of a salt solution in terms of mass by mass percentage is 25% and
the mass of the water is 450 g. Determine the mass of solute present in the solution.

Mass Of Solution = 450 g 
Mass %                = 25%
Mass %                = mass of solute / mass of solution X 100 
                  25       = mass of solute /450 X 100 
          25X450/100= mass of solute
                  111.5g= mass of solute
