Organisational behavior (OB) is a field of study that talks about applying the knowledge of investigating the impact that individuals, groups, and structure have on behavior within organizations toward improving an organization's effectiveness.
Organizational behavior is concerned with the understanding, applying and controlling of structural knowledge of an organisation for the effectiveness of an organization.
Managerial functions include Planning, organizing, leading and controlling which involves involvement of people in different roles and different capacities.
Therefore, for an organisation to succeed it is very imperative for it to understand its organisation's culture, infusing learning environment and leadership.
