The ksp value for CsI3 will be ksp = 10 x 103 = 10^4

Explanation:

  • Csl3 ------> Cs3+ 3 I-
  • Ksp = [Cs3+] [I-]^3
  • Λm = 1.53 ohm-1 m2 mol-1
  • k = 3.06 x 10-2 ohm m-1

Formula:

Λm = k x 1000 / N

N = k x 1000 / Λm

N = 3.06 x 10-2 x 10^3 / 1.53

N = 3.06 x 10 / 1.53

N = 30.6 / 1.53 = 20 N

M = 20 / 2 = 10

ksp = [10][10]^3

ksp = 10 x 103 = 10^4

Thus the ksp value for CsI3 will be ksp = 10 x 103 = 10^4

Answer :-

The ksp value for CsI3 will be ksp = 10 x 103 = 10^4

Explanation:

Csl3 ------> Cs3+ 3 I-

Ksp = [Cs3+] [I-]^3

Λm = 1.53 ohm-1 m2 mol-1

k = 3.06 x 10-2 ohm m-1

Formula:

Λm = k x 1000 / N

N = k x 1000 / Λm

N = 3.06 x 10-2 x 10^3 / 1.53

N = 3.06 x 10 / 1.53

N = 30.6 / 1.53 = 20 N

M = 20 / 2 = 10

ksp = [10][10]^3

ksp = 10 x 103 = 10^4

Thus the ksp value for CsI3 will be ksp = 10 x 103 = 10^4
