L =  latent Height =  √(r² + h²)

Surface area of Hemisphere = Curved surface area of hemisphere = 2πr²

( as base of cone is on flat Surface of hemisphere)

Total Surface area =  2πr²  +  πrL   sq unit

L = √(r² + h²)
