The conjunction of the nerve ends and dendrites of different nerves does not lead to collision and also there is no back transferring of information which has to be carried out ? Please explain why it is so? Also explain the transformation process which takes place in the synaptic deft?

Synapse allow the nerve impulse to be transmitted only in one direction.
As nerve impulse reach to the end of axon it releases neurotransmitter which is received by dendro n by receptors then similar impulse starts at other neuron
