Here is your answer
1 Feet = 12 inches
15 Feet = 12 × 15 inches
= 180 inches

So Kitchen square Side of Floor is 180 inches
Area of kitchen floor is
 = (180 ) {}^{2} \\ = 32400

Tiles square length is 9 inches
Area of Tiles Is
 = 9 {}^{2} \\ = 81
Number of tiles in the kitchen floor is
 = \frac{32400}{81} \\ = 400
Hence Number of tiles in the each row is
 = \sqrt{400} \\ = 20
