yes fundental duties are necessary to be accepted ...in a democracy usually we see a lot of people misuse rights ..fundamental one to misguide..some parts of crowd...they consider the most imp the right to speech...but ....it is not all...our duties on the same side says that not to misguide the people against country....or we have other as respect all religion and your nation.....but the silly wisemen are not able to understand this one..
