No, it is completely wrong to say that the Constitution did not consider the interest of one section of people because the Constitution gives equal rights to all section of citizens of India.

"The constitution did not consider the interest of one section of society" means that the constitution of India doesn't give more preference to any section of society.all the sections of the society,all the people are equal in the eyes of law.no one is preferred over the other......
