The Constitution does notgive people their religion. Then how can it give people the right to practice the religion?

As we know that our india is a democratic republic country and have various religions because of secular Indians design their own religion on basis of their occupation all know that that we are indians but no one want to follow they divide their religion on basis of their gods whom they like most they are Hindu, Muslims, Christensen only govt help. they follow their own caste and religion for the profit on election..

i think  this is a big achievement of our country.

India consist of diversity of religions-hindu,muslim,shikh etc.

so it will not be good idea  to impose one religion to everyone.

instead of this our constitution give everyone right to maintain it under fundamental rights in part 3 of our constitution.
