The Constitution of India has banned untouchability, dowry and other social evils. Yet they have not been completely eradicated from our society. Why? Give reasons to support your answer.

constitution has surely banned the social evils mentioned above but there is no strict rules being followed for the same . government has banned it but u see we don't see people from the government supervising them about the same . so how do we accept to be cleared away from the society.also many communities of our society go against the law to follow their religion and superstitions.

thus it has not been eradicated completely.
