the constitution of South Africa speaks both the past and future because according to the South Africa constitution it said that our country's democratic and in our country both black and white people become president in our future time and no one will go again state the blacks agreed that majority rule would not be absolute they agreed that it would not take away the property of white minority and the other hand the white agreed to the principal of maturity rule and that one of one person one vote and both confirms that they will not go both against it and in the future both black and white people can rule on South Africa
