The constitution starts with a vision. Do you feel we have achieved the goal enshrined in the preamble?why?why not?

We can say that the vision that the makers of the constitution have dreamt of had been partially achieved by us.We are the biggest democracy in the world, our country is secular,we've had great industrial growth,economic progress,the list goes on.But we still haven't achieved the basic needs of a country like proper drinking water for everyone equally,proper shelter,proper sanitation facilities like proper latrines and other basic facilities
