Consumer redressal process is becoming cumbersome now a days because:

1) Consumer redressal process at times involves  \bold{lots\:of\:delays.}

2) At times, proper bill or cash memo is \bold{not\:available} which is to be used as an evidence.

3) Many people are \bold{not\:even\:aware} of the consumer rights and the entire procedure to seek redressal.

4) Markets rarely follow rules  \bold{regulating\: them.}

The consumer redressal process is becoming cumbersome, expensive and consuming:-

1)Awareness of consumers is necessary to realize their role and importance.

2)Cash memo should be obtained and preserved by the purchaser.

3)The existing laws should be very clear on the issue of compensation to consumers.

4)Enforcement of laws that protect workers especially in the organized sectors should be strong.

5)Rules and regulations for working of markets should be followed strictly.

6)It requires a voluntary effort and struggle involving the participation of one and all.

Hope it helps:)
