Farmer: Exactly, you have to work hard in this type work in order to get success , in the end the reward is big.

Student: These agriculture must be hard when you  have to do the watering regular.

Farmer: Yes, we have to take care of the plants so that they also get their food on time as this is their need too. Watering on regular basis should be done , Also, the fertilizers are also given on time to take perfect yield.

Student: That's a tough duty , but afterall you people are the one who feed whole of nation .

Such questions are meant to test your writing skills and should be attempted on your own. However, these points might help you elaborate:
Student: Good morning! This is the first time I have seen an actual farm. I am so excited.
Farmer: Welcome! Yes, we grow crops on farms; cereals, vegetables that you get to eat.
Student: I had no idea that it takes so much hard work to grow pulses or cereals. I have been standing here wondering how you and the workers plough and dig in this unforgiving heat.
Farmer: It is tough; then there is the problem of droughts or hail that could destroy the crops.
Student: Oh! What do you do in that case?
Farmer: There is not much we can do in the face of natural disaster or weather extremes. We just suffer great loss.
Student: I will always respect farmers hence forth and not waste a single morsel of food.
