Q is given as (5,10)
PQ is 5 units.

Let P is (x,y)

PQ = 5\\ \\ \Rightarrow  \sqrt{(x-5)^2+(y-10)^2}=5 \\ \\ \Rightarrow  (x-5)^2+(y-10)^2=5^2

It is the equation of a circle with centre (5,10) and radius 5 units. P is any point lying on that circle. So there are infinite possible coordinates for P.

Some coordinates of P are (10,10), (0,10), (5,15), (5,5) etc
