If it is so, then (-6,3/2) would be the mid point of line joining (-3,y) and (x,-2) as the centre of a circle is the mid point of the diameter.

So according to Section formula,

(-6,3/2) = [(-3+x)/2 , (y+ (-2))/2]

So -6 = (-3+x)/2 and 1.5 = (y-2)/2

-12 = -3+x and 3 = y-2

-9 = x and 5 = y

So x and y are -9 and 5.

Hope it helps
