The formula for centroid of a triangle is

 \frac{x1 + x2 + x3}{3}  \: and \:  \frac{y1 + y2 + y3}{3}

applying in formula ,

 \frac{ - 1 + 8 + 8}{3} and \:  \frac{7 + 13 + 1}{3}

 \frac{15}{3} and \frac{21}{3}

Hence the coordinates are (5,7) .
