      We know mid point formula  , ( \frac{x_1+x_2}{2} , \frac{y_1+y_2}{2} )\\

Step 3) substituting the points in the formula ,

we get

= ( \frac{-1+3}{2} , \frac{8+4}{2}) \\ = (\frac{2}{2} , \frac{12}{2} )\\ = (1,6)

Thus , (1,6) are the points equidistant from points A and B .

Answer :- C = ( 1,6 ) .
