The correct order of boiling point as well as melting point of 15th group element hydride would be

Bi>N>Sb>As>P (according to melting point)

The melting point increases upto arsenic and then decreases upto bismuth.

Thus melting point of group 15 increases down the group but its melting point decreasing at Sb and Bi due to the inert pair of effect .

& the correct order of boiling point would be N>P<As<Sb<Bi

The boiling point of grou 15 hydrides decreases from ammonia to phosphine and then increases from phosphine to bismuth

Taken alone, this would mean that NH3 would have the lowest boiling point, but we know that NH3 has hydrogen bonding due to nitrogen's electronegativity. Of all Group 15 hydrides, PH3 has the smallest polarizability and exhibits no hydrogen bonding, so it must have the lowest boiling point...
