order will be
B> A> D> C
This is because 3 fluorine atoms will increase -i effect and hence acidic strength increases

then comes chlorine atom to increase -i effect

then comes formic acid (HCOOH) bcoz H atom neither decreases acidic strength nor increases.

lastly comes CH3COOH in which CH3 group decreases acidic strength due to +I character
