The correct order of equivalent conductance at infinite dilution is :

(C) Braq > Claq > Faq

- The conductance depends upon the size of the ion.

- With the increase in the size of an ion, it experiences more resistance.

- Due to this, the conductance decreases.

- But due to more hydration,  the order of the effective size of the ions becomes:

fluorine > chlorine > bromine

- So, the order of equivalent conductance becomes its reverse:

Bromine > Chlorine > Fluorine.
