→The size of isoelectronic species depends on nuclear charge.

As the nuclear attractions increases the electrons are strongly bound to nucleas.

F- , O^2- , N^3- all have same no. of e- but as atomic number increase ( F < O < N ) , nuclear charge also increase. Now, as compare to O , F have more ratio of nuclear charge per electron.

so, nuclear charge per electron increases, and there are strongly bound to nucleus, decreasing the size.

So correct option is

b)F^- < O^2- < N^3-
