In Cl,Cl+ and Cl- the order of there increase size is Cl->Cl>Cl.

This is because in Cl- due to gain of electron it's shells increases so does its size and it size is greater than Cl because of gain of strength. To the innermost electrons.

And in Cl+ due to loses of electron it's shells decreases and it's size is smaller than Cl due to loses of strength.
