According to the inductive effect ...the order I think so will be

VII>III>II>I>V>IV>VI

may be correct ........
because more CH groups more +I effect ...more stability

Stability of given carbocations is -
I > VI > VII > III > IV > II > V


● Explanation -
Decreasing order of inductive effect for different functional groups -
-NO2 > -OR > -OH > -NH2

Also, stability of carbocation increases with increase in allyl groups.

Therefore, stability of carbocations is -
I > VI > VII > III > IV > II > V
