answer : option (d) O²⁻ > F⁻ > Na⁺ >Mg²⁺ > Al³⁺

in a group of isoelectronic species, ionic radii decrease with increasing positive charge. because by increasing positive charge , increase effective nuclear charge. and we know, radius is inversely proportional to effective nuclear charge.

[ isoelectronic are those ions which have same number of electrons ]

here Al³⁺ , Mg²⁺, Na⁺ , F⁻ and O²⁻ all have same number of electrons.

so order of ionic radii will be ,

Al³⁺ < Mg²⁺ < Na⁺ < F⁻ < O²⁻
