Solution!!
The concept of unitary method has to be used here. We have to find the cost of 1 ball and then the cost of 20 such balls.
→ Cost of 12 balls = Rs 250
Now, we have to find the cost of 1 ball. So, we will divide.
→ Cost of 1 ball = Rs 250 ÷ 12
→ Cost of 1 ball = Rs 125/6
We know the cost of 1 ball so we can easily find out the value of 20 such balls.
→ Cost of 20 balls = Rs (125/6) × 20
→ Cost of 20 balls = Rs 1250/3
The cost of 20 balls is Rs 1250/3
