Let the price of 1 candle = 1 Rs.
Now, given that...
C.P. of 12 candles = S.P. of 15 candles
=> C.P. × 12 = S.P. × 15
=> C.P./S.P. = 15/12 = 5/4
=> C.P. = 5 & S.P. = 4
=> As we know that......loss = C.P.–S.P.
=> loss = 5–4 = 1
Then loss% = (loss/C.P.)×100
=> loss% = (1/5)×100
=> loss% = 20%
I hope it will be helpful for you..!!
THANK YOU ✌️✌️✌️
