Find the weight of the 15 packets:

1 packet = 750g

15 packets = 750 x 15 = 11,250g

Find the cost of 1 g of the biscuit:

15 packets = Rs 300

11,250g = Rs 300

1g = 300 ÷ 11250

1g = Rs 2/75

Find the weight of 25 packets:

I packet = 1 kg

1 packet = 1000g

25 packets = 25 x 1000 =25,000g

Find the price of biscuits:

1g = Rs 2/75

25000g = 2/75 x 25000 = 666.67 ≈ Rs 667

Answer: The cost of the 25 packets will be Rs 667

Given:

15 packets,

Cost = 300 Rupees

Weight = 750 g

To find:

The approximate cost of 25 packets, if each packet weighs 1 kg

Solution:

The cost of 15 packets = 300 Rupees

The weight of 15 packets = Weight * 15

750 x 15

The weight of 15 packets = 11250 g

To find the cost for 1 g,

300 ÷ 11250

1 g costs 0.026 Rupees

To find the cost for 1 kg,

1000 g = 1 kg

0.026 * 1000

Cost for 1 kg = 26.6 Rupees

To find the cost for 25 packets,

25 * 26.6 = 666.78

Hence, the approximate cost of 25 packets, if each packet weighs 1 kg is 667 Rupees
