The cost of 2 ½ dozen eggs is Rs 60 . Find the cost of 1 egg.​

In 1 dozen = 12 eggs

In 2 ½ dozen = 12 + 12 + 6 = 30 eggs

Now cost of 1 egg =

 \frac{60}{30}  =  \frac{2}{1}
