Answer:

2x+3(X+50)=140

2x+3x+150=1400

5x=1400-150

5x=1250

X=1250/5

X=250

water bottle=250 Rs

peeler = X+50= 250+50=300

Answer:

let the cost of one water bottle be x

cost of one peeler = x + 50

Step-by-step explanation:

according to the question,

2x + 3 (x + 50) = Rs. 1400

=> 2x + 3x + 150 = 1400

=> 5x = 1400 - 150

=> 5x = 1250

=> x = 1250 / 5

=> x = 250

Hence, the cost of water bottle is Rs. 250,

Cost of peeler = Rs. (250 + 50) = Rs. 300
