GIVEN:

Lenght of cloth: 20m

Cost of 20m cloth: 1600

FIRSTLY WE WILL FIND HOW MUCH WILL 1m CLOTH WILL COST

SO WE WILL DIVIDE 1600 WITH 20

COST OF 1m=

 \frac{1600}{20} rupees

We get:

1m of Cloth=80

NOW WE WILL FIND THE COST OF 28m OF CLOTH

HERE WE WILL MULTIPLY 28m WITH COST OF CLOTH PER METER

28 \times 80

COST OF CLOTH OF 28m=2,240
