The cost of 1 kg potato = Rs. 7

Cost of 1 kg onion = Rs. 14

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the cost of each kg of potatoes be 'x'.

Let the cost of each kg of onions be 'y'.

The cost of 2kg of potatoes and 3 kg onions on a day was found to be Rs.56.

It means

2x+3y=56

After a month , the cost of 3kg of potatoes and 2kg of onions is Rs. 49.

3x+2y=49

Using the graph we get that

x=Rs. 7

y = Rs. 14

So, the cost of 1 kg potato = Rs. 7

Cost of 1 kg onion = Rs. 14
