THE COST OF 3 KG OF APPLES AND 2 KG OF GRAPES ON A DAY WAS FOUND TO BE RS 160 . AFTER A MONTH THE COST OF 4 KG OF APPLES AND 2 KG OF GRAPES IS RS 300 . REPRESENT THE SITUATION AS A PAIR OF LINEAR EQUATION AS A PAIR OF LINEAR EQUATION IN TWO VARIABLES .

let the cost of 1 kg apple be x and 1 kg of grapes be y
eq 1is. 3x+2y=160
eq 2 is 4x+2y=300

cost of one kg grapes = y
cost of 3kg of apples and 2kg of grapes is 160
