LET THE COST OF 1 KG SUGAR BE x
LET THE COST OF 1 KG WHEAT BE y

   5x + 6y = 320 .....................(1)
   6x + 5y = 340......................(2)

SUBTRACT 1 FROM 2
     5(6x+5y=340)  =  30x+25y=1700
     6(5x+6y=320)  =  30x+36y=1920
                                 -       -       - 
                                      -11y=-220

                                       y=-220/-11
                                       y=20
PUT THIS VALUE IN EQ. 1
       5x + 6y = 320
       5x + 6(20)=320
      5x + 120=320
       5x =320-120
       x=200/5
       x=40

THE COST OF SUGAR IS Rs.40
