banana=0.5
5*bananas=2.5

Sry but i guess u did'nt read the question properly..! Its actually 50 bananas cost Rs 25 not 25 bananas cost Rs 50..Sry if I am wrong

Cost of 50 bananas = Rs 25
Cost of 1 banana (unitary method) = 25 / 50
= Rs 0.5
Therefore the cost of 5 bananas will be 0.5 multiplied by 5
= Rs 2.5
