b)  We can purchase 15 Kg

   1 Kg wheat = 120/4

   1 Kg = 30

   Now,

     7 Kg wheat price =  price of 1 Kg x 7

                                  =   30 x 7 = 210

                                 

b)  Let x kg wheat can be purchased for 450

      It means    x * Price of 1 Kg = 450

                        x * 30 = 450

                       x = 450/30

                       x = 15

So, We can purchase 15Kg wheat for 450
