25* x = y

Answer :

Let the number of boxes be x and the total cost be y

Cost of one box = 25

Therefore, Total cost of boxes in rupees = Number of box × Cost of one box

⇒ y = 25·x

The above equation is the required linear equation for the given problem

Now, to draw the graph of the resulting linear equation, Take number of boxes on the x-axis and Total cost of boxes in rupees on the y - axis. And the resultant graph for the given linear equation is attached below :
