Solution :-

A dozen = 12 apples

The cost of a dozen of apples is Rs. 300

∴ The cost of a 1 apples of apples is Rs. 300/12

➔ Rs. 25

The cost of 10 orange is Rs. 150

∴ The cost of 1 orange is Rs. 150/10

➔ Rs. 15

➠ The ratio of the cost of an orange : The ratio of the cost of an apples

➙ 25 : 15

➙ 5 : 3

∴ The ratio of the cost of an orange to the cost of an apples 5 : 3.
